They dont always have the part you need in stock, but they can usually get it to the store within 1-2 days. I usually order online, and pickup when it ready, just so I can pick up everything I need, all at once, and I get a bigger discount for online orders. People are usually knowledgeable and friendly, depending on who is helping you, and what kind of day it is for them.

We needed new batteries for our truck. They had what we needed and loaned us the tools to get back on the road. The service was great.

I was just there today and they had Bad poor service not going back very bad service and the guy had an attitude they would not honor what was on their webpage. They were trying to tell me it was $10 more and they would not pull it up and look at it.

I give the parts staff a big 5 stars and thumbs up. The sales associates went beyond there duties helping me with all my questions. I can't remember the 1 napa sales associates name but he was friendly and helpful. The female store associates name was Brandy she deserves a gold star for all her help!
