On a late, absolutely blisteringly hot afternoon I was desperate to find a replacement battery for my 2006 Harley. An internet search showed one an hour away in Buffalo. They had one and saved the day! And it was all in a day's work for staff here. Great job!
This is the most unorganized Napa I’ve ever been to, they do not even know where things are. I’ve called in advance serval times and they still have problems tracking things. They need to do an inventory shutdown. I recommend having lots of patience when coming here.
I’m from out of town, having problems with my Jeep breaks, they were super helpful and when they did not have a part I needed in stock they told me where I could find it. 5 stars! Great service!
