I placed an online order in the morning, and the order was ready by early afternoon the same day. The store felt a bit cluttered and in need of a deep cleaning, but didn't concern me too much since I didn't have to shop it. There was only one employee working, and they were on the phone for about ten minutes before they were able to assist me. Gerald was friendly and efficient once available to assist!
It's a shame the location was closed, but it's not surprising the staff was less than friendly.
Ordered a battery online and picked up in 20 min. It was ready for pickup when I arrived. Great service!
The guy told me he didn’t have the tools to put my battery in. But yet they rent tools. I then paid for my battery I was the only person in the store and the guy sat it on the counter and walked away. Didn’t even offer to at the least carry it out to my truck.
Placed a next day order and couldn’t get the stuff they advertised they could called me 5 hours after they opened to tell me that leaving me having to source things from other locations last minute will not be using this place anymore I’ll just throw my money at the bigger places that actually stock their stuff
