Staff was nice an informative checked other stores for me an found what I needed

Horrible, especially customer service. Especially 1 worker for sure. So nasty rude and absolutely down right disgusting towards customers myself included. The person needs to lose his job. I can't believe how I got treated down right disgusting.

The two young men that helped my son today were truly amazing and helpful. Thanks for helping him and going above and beyond!

Overpriced batteries, staff can't even give you on a quote on something if you don't know the exact year and your employees are lazy all they do is sit at the counter and Grumble anyway I guess that's what happens when you're such a big company that you don't worry about the small man anymore anyway thanks anyway you'll never get my business again

It's a parts store. I had no problems getting in and out. If they don't have what you need they can most likely order it. I did have to run over to the Heath location to get some of what I needed, but the Newark location made sure it was there and even let me pay for all of it at once so all I needed to do was stop in, grab and go. Very friendly people and they answered all my questions with no hassle. I prefer NAPA over any other parts store for quality any day.
