NAPA Auto Parts

Went to NAPA today because my passenger windshield wiper fell apart due to freezing snow. The young guy who help me was fabulous. Ask me what type I needed and didn't try to upsell me. He went out to my car and put the wiper on and showed me how it fitted on for future reference. I think his name was Josh(?), but anyway he was great! TEN STARS! As a woman I am always worried about being ripped off. Thank you NAPA.

These people are very polite and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that you got what you're supposed to have and I had an occasion where I was having problems putting my wiper blades on my pickup and they came out and put them on for me and showed me how to do it. That's real service. Thank you napa

I needed to return an order I placed online. When I called customer service, they recommended I bring it this store. When I got to the store, the clerk told me they don't accept ship-to-home orders and I would need to call customer service. I told the clerk that customer service recommended I come here and that I have a receipt/order confirmation. I was told there was no way they can process online order returns in there system. I called customer service again and asked them where is the closest store that I can return my order to. They again, told me this store should accept returns. So I don't know why the store was refusing to process my return even though customer service told me twice this store should accept online returns.

Very rude customer service, tried to sell me a used fuel pump the sticker seal was broken on the box and no bag on fuel pump. Also smelled like gasoline. Guy said it’s new.. clearly if it smells like gasoline it’s used…. Scam
