NAPA Auto Parts - Noblesville Auto Parts

Ridiculously slow service, and a bit on the rude side. Waited for some parts already paid for that was set a side for me. Two people at the counter and no one acknowledged me. It would have literally taken 10 seconds maximum for one of them to hand me my purchase. However I had to wait 20 minutes. The guy wanted to ask dumb questions like did you order it already, I told him I was called and informed the parts had arrived. He then asked what did you order. I told him what I had ordered.... Simply saying, when I was finally acknowledged, first thing I said after he said.... Prolonged, what can I do for you.... I gave him my name and said I am here to pickup my order. He should have been able to go from there without the additional questions.... The order had the receipt stapled on it with

They had what I needed and were professional

These guys are great ,if they don't have the part they will order it, The quality of the parts are better also, go team NAPA

The customer service here is always well above average. They will help you with anything, where other stores may not be as willing. After my surgery I couldn't lift heavy objects and they are always more than willing to help carry in/out. It's clean, stocked and I always return for all of these reasons! 4 people behind the desk and nobody wanted to work. Stood there like an idiot while they gossiped and ignored me. Walked out and went to advance right down the street.
