In a time when everyone seems to be on edge and not their best selves, this was such a refreshing experience. A young man with glasses just said and did everything so professional and nice and made my simple need go down quite enjoyable. Place is great and I felt a local vibe that is often lost these days. Matt is the best. I have an older truck with hard to find parts. They didn’t have anything that I needed, but he pointed me in the right direction and looked up everything he could for me and gave me a lot of great information. Solid people in this shop.

Camping down the road and had some issues with my trailer brakes. Picked up new brake assemblies elsewhere but also needed a couple bearings and a seal. Robert was very helpful in finding the parts I needed and was super friendly to work with. Stopped by the store a second time for butt connecters and more grease and they had exactly what I needed in stock.

Bought a jump pack new from the store because my old one failed, charged it put it in a case, the next week took it out to use because I needed it and it would not work. Stopped back to the store with the item explained the issue and was met with no Received no Help. Autozone keep file on all purchases because of this with a phone number. The place is in the stone age and sold me a broken item I explained I could show the purchase on my card as it was just a few days prior and was told I could not be helped do your self a favor shop else where. All I wanted was a new jump pack not money back.......

Napa in kerhonkson N.Y route 209 bought a couple of things and got charged twice on my card went to the store the next day and was told that they couldn't refund my money to call their district manager and maybe get store credit don't want credit because will never shop there again so i have other options had to give 1 star to rigt a review never shop there auto
