NAPA Auto Parts - North East Parts Group

I went there today to ask some question. Red was so helpful and kind...and the Manager went above and beyond to try and help me! Whenever I am in the area and I need something for my car I'm going to go there! Excellent customer setvice!!!

The best in automotive parts. The employees actually know about vehicles as opposed to other auto parts stores that the employees young punks that only know how to look things up in the computer

Purchased a steering rack and found out there was defect with the part. They couldn't order another steering rack as they were all sold out for my vehicle. Was getting the run around from previous managers. Finally, talked to the manager Rob who wasn't with NAPA when I purchased the part initially. I explained my situation to him over the phone and when I came into the store this morning, he handled all my concerns with ease. No run arounds and great customer service! Even had a few laughs during the process.

I use this place several times a month, sometimes several times a week to maintain our trucks, vehicles and equipment with various business' I own. The employees are excellent! Well trained, respectful and honest. They know what they are talking about.....not just plugging things into a computer like many other of the "chain" stores that send you on your way with the wrong part. Sure they are sometimes busy but you can appreciate that when its your turn because they will help you solve your problem and not just look to take your money and push you out for the next person. I only mention this because I noticed some idiot left a review with 1 star because he happened to be there while it was busy....ofcourse he is also a "serial 1 star reviewer" aka : a loser with nothing better to do. Ask them to look up radiator cap for my truck. Even gave them a part number. The guy sat behind the computer for 15 minutes telling me that they didn't carry it and I'm wrong. He turned the screen to show me and he's been looking at gas caps. Never open on time. Anytime you ask for something you get a blank deer in the headlights stare in return. Every time I walk in there every employee is shoving something in their face to eat and the store smells like body odor. If there is an award for the least amount of effort possible given they would be champions. I will gladly Drive 30 minutes further to go to a different Napa. 7 out of 10 times this place is just a waste of time anyway
