NAPA Auto Parts - Northend Auto Parts Inc (LA-177)

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Napa. After purchasing a battery from them, I was not given any assistance with installing it. For the prices they charge, I expected much better customer service and basic support. What made the situation even worse was the way I was treated over the phone. After I had already bought the battery, the girl who answered was very rude and told me that if I couldn’t fix it myself, I shouldn’t be buying anything from them. That comment was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expect respect and service that matches the cost. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that at all. I truly hope management addresses these issues so other customers are not treated the same way.

Store is huge. Wheelchair accessible. Fernando was excellent over the phone. Cross referenced a part number for a axle socket and had it in stock. Held it for me for 2 days until I could get there. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The person who answered the phone was a little busy and I appreciate that he answered the phone and asked if I could hold. I was not in a hurry so that was fine. I had some questions about fuel pump fittings and the person was very helpful, friendly and polite. It's wonderful to see this level of customer service this day and age.

NAPA Auto Patrs in Yuma Arizona is EXCELLENT, Professional and Knowledgeable!!! They had everything we needed at reasonable prices. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 👏

Went for fiberglass, epoxy, and brushes but they claimed they aren't allowed to sell me anything? Go to autozone first if you don't want to waste your time.
