I called in expecting a nonchalant voice over the phone, like many other places for any professional assistance...And I was shocked at the greatest customer service I've ever had! The NAPA Girl , Destiny, didn’t just hear me crying about a specific serpentine belt — she clearly and calmly said I might have a solution for you. She approached the situation like a silent warrior monk of hospitality, carrying many knowledgeable answers...as if they were ancient scrolls of destiny. I asked for a 7 Rib belt 1320mm; she scribble down with pen and paper with the wisdom of someone who has seen entire civilizations rise and fall because of these somewhat hard to get Honda Parts. I can't tell you how much these guys help me out. I called for a hard to find part with fifteen minutes to close. Not only did they make sure that I had the correct part but they stayed ten minutes over closing time for me. That to me is A+ excellent customer service! Hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend these guys for any of your vehicle needs.

This store is by far the worst in service, friendlyness, attitude. Not helpful at all and they are a bunch of smartass punks at this store, NOT RECOMMENDED Bad experience Every time, Never again, No more chances, I'm not returning to this store for anything, Period
