I stopped at Napa store looking for front rotors and brake pads for my vehicle looking online I seen were they had discontinued rotors for my brakes at a awesome price we ordered the rotors I had a screenshot of the rotors that I found they ordered the rotors they were wrong they were supposed to be 6 hoe they were five the manager told me I gave him the wrong number I had it screenshotted showed him again because they were discontinued I lost the money I would never buy parts from Napa again so $50 cost Napa thousands of dollars in the long run I would never recommend Napa to anyone even though you have a screenshot you give them the wrong number basically telling you you lied about a screenshot Napa should be ashamed of their self allowing things like this to take place

I have delt with this company for years. Needed a trigger mechanism for an older hedge trimmer. I had taken it apart and had seen the broken trigger. Called Oakley service. They said they could fix it but had to order the part. Took it in, they charged a service deposit $30, which I paid. Said the repair would run around $60. That was ok. They called the next day and said the part was no longer available. I went to get the unit back but they kept the $30 supposedly as a diagnosis fee. I told them what was wrong with it. No diagnosis necessary. Ok that they could not get the part even though they told me they could fix it, but didn't expect to get it back unfixed and have them take the $30 deposit under the guise of diagnosis. Very disappointed.

Stop here while traveling, after starter went out. Service was EXCELLENT! Staff was very helpful and pleasant.
