Pricey but idk what anybody expects. They deliver, 9 times out of 10 they have what we need when we need it instead of having to run to williston. They recycle oil, if doing your own oil change is your thing. I rather have local than big chain

Bought a bad alternator from these guys. Had it in and out of the car 3 times, and then put an oem in while I was in Oregon which fixed my issue. Part was in the car for less than a week. NAPA in Oregon refunded my money but not sales tax. Come back in the store to see if they can refund the ND sales tax and the guy behind counter seemed pissed off that I would ask saying swiping credit card cost them money say they aren’t gonna refund the tax. Then they said they wouldn’t have taken the alternator back anyway. Real good customer service

It's always refreshing to go somewhere when they don't ask what size motor I have and if it's 4 wheel drive when I want wiper blades or knowing how to look up parts and cross reference by parts numbers

Customer service needs to be more friendly and not make customers feel like they are inconvenienting the employees. The store was very disorganized and very limited stock..
