Good, typical standard auto parts store for parts stock, service and price. Don't expect then to solve you're car problem with free consultation... there's area mechanics for that. But expect normal service and very fair pricing, even in holidays. That's appreciated.

Awful experience. They wouldn't take my return with a receipt and were downright rude to me. I went down the street to the mechanic and he fixed my car for 20$ and was very nice. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I Would never go here again, they clearly don't care about the customers at all.

Rude staff refused to serve me a couple years back when I came in to buy something time critical. A couple minutes before they were due to close. Gives Old Forge a bad name.

It's a small shop and the guys that work here know their stuff so you will get what you need and get good service.
