NAPA Auto Parts - Ontario

Rude employees, very unhelpful, I went to their competitor and I left with the parts that they couldn't sell me, despite their website saying they were available.

This specific NAPA store was recently sold and bought by another company. They went from $500,000 in inventory to $1.4 million in inventory. They have the parts that you need today! They even had a part that the dealership doesn't carry! Knowledgeable guys that know cars is a rarity today in an auto parts store. These guys know their stuff.

I ordered brake parts via the web and was happy to see that NAPA was cheaper than all the other parts stores and I got a discount for using the web. Even better. Got just what I needed and the staff was great help.
