Called this morning to cancel a part I bought online told me to "just go do it online" As since I was driving I was unable too. Very rude costumer service. The second guy I called hours later when I got home was able to do it. Told me he's with a customer and to hold on. I understood that and waited. And he canceled it. Who ever the morning guy is needs to learn how to treat people.
Went there for the first time this Sunday morning the 26th. Staff is not welcoming , they just look at you as if you weren’t supposed to be there. I’ll stick to Autozone or Orilley’s.
Amazing store, friendly staff, good energy, my number 1 stop for all my car parts!
This place is IT. Alonso and the others at this location went above and beyond. I won't visit Napa ever again but if I did it would be at this location.
They always have my parts at a great price
