The older gentlemen that work there seem to locate the wrong items, not listen to customers, and condescend when they are in the wrong. It’s not like it’s a one time/one person deal there either. Every time I’m in there and an old head is working they can that way and EVERY time I’ve had to get a different part because they would assure me what they got was right. I begrudgingly reccomend the AutoZone across the way. (No lie they’ve given me a wrong item every time an older gentleman has helped me)

Just stopped in for a rear wiper. The tall young man working there came out to help me install. We were both confused- no directions anywhere!! He helped me for at least 10 minutes then bam we figured it out. Thank you NAPA and their helpful employees.

This store is on point Come here first for the 3 options you have on the hill trust me, I'm good with vehicles & I learned something today & that's what you should get people that have knowledge for the industry they represent it goes along way. Good prices, clean store just good to go & even brought my batteries to my truck / loaded them up with a handshake ....... Outstanding. Thanks gents see you soon.
