NAPA Auto Parts

After going to many auto part stores just to be told they couldn't source the rotors and brake pads for my Mercedes, I went to Napa and Neil was amazing. At 1st the computer didn't show the parts either but Neil took my information and found my parts for my Mercedes!!!!! Not only that it was the original parts! I was truly grateful to Neil for going the extra mile. He ensured they were shipped to the store and notified me as soon as they arrived. The pricing was also reasonable, much lower than what I was quoted at other stores. I recommend Napa, and specifically Neil, to anyone who is struggling to find auto parts. It's not everyday you find such exceptional customer service.

Anytime I ever need anything. They are so amazing so kind and so sweet. They always take care of me when I walk in super professional never make me feel stupid if I ask if I can down my favorite store thank you everybody that works there.

When I lived in the states back in the 80s in Colorado, Napa was everything! They knew cars, tractors, motorcycles, and they were car people that served you. Today they only knew computers! Today I got charged $37 for a belt to my power steering that everybody else charges maximum $12 for it. My loss but no more.
