NAPA Auto Parts - P & T Enterprises LLC

I went in with a list of things I needed, down to a few very specific bolts. I liked the layout of the store, it felt more "old-timey" auto parts store in a good way, less like a convenience store. Kevin was very helpful in showing me where to find the wingnut I needed. He even offered to cut some hose for me. I'll definitely go back there again. Thanks Kevin!

Great Machine shop in back. Good people! Wished they stayed open longer on Saturdays.

Been in here at least 5 times and every time I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt “maybe they’re having a bad day, maybe this individual is bad”, etc. But at this point I feel the need to warn people, there’s a severe lack of respect for customers, lack of professionalism, they won’t accept parts from other NAPA stores, refused service for my father in law and lack of competence. By far one of the worst auto parts stores I’ve been to. Really hurting the NAPA name with this store. Avoid it.

Needed a hydraulic hose made for my tractor. I was excpecting to have to come back later or the next day, or to hear that they would have to order something because they were out of stock parts. Instead, it was made before I got back from the front of the store to grab some hydraulic fluid. The people were friendly and even got a phone number for me, when I asked if there was someone local who did custom engines. So rare these days to have a nice, uncomplicated experience, and to deal with competent people.

They have lots of tools and all kinds of interesting things inside the store. I've never seen in that but with so many interesting tools and products presented for public View. Would probably take several hours to really get a good look at everything they have. The staff is a good and very friendly knowledgeable and there is a machine shop on-site. My only issue is that they didn't have the actual parts that I needed in stock and they didn't have them in stock nearby they were going to have to order them from the manufacturer which would take several days. Overall a good place with many options.
