NAPA Auto Parts - Parsons - Finlay Automotive Supply

I visited NAPA for help installing a headlight bulb I’d bought but couldn’t install myself. It really shouldn’t be a big deal to assist with such a simple task, so I was disappointed when they refused, citing a policy against under-hood work. I thanked them and went to O’Reilly, where the staff quickly and kindly fixed it for me.

They are amazing workers got me what I needed as I stepped in the door!

Usually has what I need or will get it if it's available. Always helpful knowledgeable so much more than the other parts stores that employ young kids and we as mechanics have to teach them. Napa knows!

Very helpful and patient staff. The turnaround time on having something ordered in is very quick depending on what the part is. The store was clean and seems to be well kept up.

NAPA Auto parts store was a nice clean store that carries a variety of auto related items. The staff was very helpful and efficient with my requests.They made it easier to accept the unforseen expenses of parts I needed when a lifetime warranty on my parts purchase was extended to me.
