The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they sell alcohol and they had the part that I needed in stock for half the cost of Advanced Auto Parts.

Great parts store had exactly what I needed guy that waited on me was very friendly he did three things very efficiently at one time when most people can't even do one highly recommend and I will be back

The owner of the store came out and personally put on my wiper blades as I had no idea how to do that and also assisted me with my antifreeze. He went above and beyond my expectations.

I've shopped for parts here maybe a dozen or so times in the 3 years since moving to the area, and I haven't had a bad experience or any real complaints to speak of. Only big downside is there aren't any prices displayed or marked on anything. If you want to know the price of something you have to bring it up front to have it scanned or holler across the store to the clerk at the counter. They aren't open til 8 or 9 like most bigger chain auto parts stores so buying parts here last minute on a weekend evening isn't going to happen. Even though this store is only 1.9 miles from my house I find myself driving the 10 miles to WI Rapids to buy any parts I need, mainly because I always forget this place exists.
