NAPA Auto Parts - Parts is Parts Alamogordo

Not returning to this store. It has been going down hill since they relocated to this new location a few years back. All of a sudden they turned lazy, careless, and uncooperative with a simple question on one part. Store is a mess, and 4 guys at one counter all on there personal phones.. i suppose my one question was to uninteresting or to much for them to want to assist with. I don't think Napa's corporate had this in mind for a retail store. Disappointing.

These guys are legit car guys, they have helped me out more than 1 time. Anything from leaky chrysler 300 fuel pump to my 1976 c30 parts.

This store's manager, Jason, is top notch and really knows his business. He makes me (customers) feel like a human and valuable not just a bother and pocketbook. He gives sound auto advice and always great service. I really appreciate his positive attitude and wealth of knowledge also.

Great guys at this store and they stand behind their warranty. My Explorer was down for a few weeks waiting for parts from another parts store and then I received the wrong rotors. These guys got me the right rotor but, unfortunately, the first one was warped. I called and talked to Jason and he told me that rarely ever happens but he swapped it out for another one. I changed it right there in the lot and he even carried the new part out to the truck for me. I definitely will be bringing them more business.

They never have anything, and act like you're a bother for simply walking in the door.
