I came in for a new battery on my work truck, with a LDO purchase, and they handled everything properly. Even had some tools to lend for the battery swap.

The customer service at this NAPA is beyond anything I've ever seen. We had trouble finding a bearing that would fit, even after I left the gentleman continued to look and call several people he knew to try and find the right bearing. I can't think of another business that goes out of the way to try and help the customer like I experienced here.

SOLD ME A USED BATTERY, i paid 300 for it and been having problems since , I’ve been here 4 times and they have lied and said nothing is wrong with it, which is a lie! The battery was tampered with! I’m filing a complaint with the bbb , and I will be putting them on all social media pages (one pg has over 50k followers) advising people not to buy from them!

While attempting to purchase parts at this store for our company vehicle the staff was very rude and refused service due to a female being the one to purchase the parts. We will never go there again.

Ok service, but the people who were there today, Nov 21st, were not knowledgeable at all. Had to order a part, which is no problem, but the lady said it would be here maybe Tuesday or Wednesday, and didn't record any of my information. When I do show to pick up the part, they're not going to know who I am or what it's for. Still not a horrible experience, I'm not going to bash them at all bc they were kinda nice and didn't have an attitude.
