Amazing customer service from Jared! He greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything within seconds of walking in! Prices are on point and they have great sales! A well-runned operation by Tom and the gang! 5 stars!!

Needed some new batteries, so I stopped at the nearest Napa, which would be the amery location. Tom took the time out of his day to show up and get my situation figured out, even though he was running errands with his kids. He was professional, kind and made sure I was taken care of. Never had a positive experience like this at any other auto parts store. I usually order parts online just to cut out dealing with crabby and sloppy parts store staff. Tom and his team changed my perspective. Amery Napa will now be my new first call for what I need. A++

This is one of the best business' around! The owner, Tom, took time away from his family on his day off to help my wife out. 5 star establishment & 5 star human! Highly recommend.

I had issues and was refused warranty coverage on a part purchased at another independently owned Napa store and Tom, the owner did what he could to cover the warranty on the part so I could get my vehicle back up and running again. I called and spoke with Tom on the phone before driving there and he was very helpful and professional. He would do anything to make sure his customers leave his store feeling that they have been helped and is willing to go out of his way to make sure that he can get his customer the help that they need! I had a terrible experience at another store and I left his store satisfied and with the part I needed. I hope more people take the time to visit NAPA Auto Parts of Amery and see how well this business is being ran! Thanks again Tom for all the help! - Ian Olso
