Its a very large and clean store. The staff was mediocre. Its kinda a pain to get in an out of with a tractor. Glad I didn't have my trailer on. They did have the parts I needed and I was able to fix my situation. It was the first time I've ran into the "that's not my department".

If your store is closed on Saturdays, you need to change the hours on your front door, website, and Google. Last time I use your store.

Not open on the weekends anymore! Don't get your parts sent there for a Saturday PU.

As a business who depends of efficiency, and savings to be able to produce a profit I’ve had to recently cut Napa out of the picture. Ever since the new ownership came onboard I’ve seen simple things like oil filters cost three times more than leading competitors. Today (27Jan25) I ordered an oil filter for a customers oil change. It arrived finally 51 minutes later. When the driver arrived they said “sorry! I came back from lunch and heard “is anyone going to send that order to Affordable auto?”. On average it’s taken 40-50 minutes to get an oil filter or any part/parts I’ve had to order. They are an 8 minutes walk to my facility so we’re not talking a long drive . Pay drivers a wage to keep them onboard, make your prices reasonable and make delivery times a priority and I would stick aro
