I called over the weekend because I was doing a trip with my cousin and we needed a certain part for his Jeep and junior answer the phone and he was completely rude talked down to me like I didn't know what I was talking about.

My 3rd trip to this store and I don't find anything that resembles customer service. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes last evening while the girl working looked through a catalog while helping nobody. The other two times I had to leave without being helped. I have a business in the same block and understand how hard it is to get help. I tried to get the managers e-mail so this review wouldn't be public but was just put on hold. We wonder why customers are going to the internet.
