I just want to say a huge thank you to the staff at NAPA auto parts on Old Chemstrand road . They completely flipped a potentially horrible day into a positive. Customer service is above and beyond. Was at a pizza place across the street about a quarter mile away and my battery died. They were kind enough to loan me a dolly to cart the battery back to my truck and a tool to change out the battery. Things didn't go well with the change out and I needed another battery. Eventually everything worked out well thanks to the incredible customer service of the manager and entire crew of that NAPA auto parts location. Will now be a lifetime customer thanks to their customer service and kindness!

Although they didn't have the oddball socket I was looking for, they made a valiant effort to find it in their catalog. Alas, no luck. I appreciate the effort.
