This trade is the worst, without a doubt they make their own laws of return of objects that you can not return, but also not check if their operation is correct, in addition to that they put on the receipts "not return" that is not the company's policy. I felt cheated.

I've shopped here many times. The building is really old so it has cool retro appeal. The fellas that work here are very helpful and knowledgeable. I think they have a good, team oriented staff and a large warehouse of parts available at this particular location. I felt the prices were a little steep however. I bought a bearing and i was shocked at the $34 price tag. Nonetheless they had it in stock so i bit the bullet. Either way it's almost always a good experience here. The customer service goes a long way

went in to get a part. first I wasn't greeted then as I asked for the part I got great attitude and poor service barely wanted to look for my part due not shop here
