NAPA Auto parts number one place to go order online and get it a lot cheaper than what you can get it anywhere else I was very surprised and very happy with the price that I had to pay for two rotors$120 not bad for two new rotors

Had 2 bad experience at first i whent in to see if i had warranty on my battery the guy on counter told me i have to bring the battery in the store i go in the next day bring battery in the lady asked for a reciept i told her i bought the battery 2years ago both are very rude custumer service they expect me to have a reciept from 2years ago they didnt want to check on the computer with my phone number never going again

Terrible experience today at Napa speaking with the sales associate Winston at this location on military Trail in Lake Worth Rd. Seems to be a scam that they’re pulling on customers associate Winston refused to go back into the computer for pricing on a product that I purchased that was originally priced for a larger product and I reduced it to a smaller product. He’s claiming that it’s the same price and will not look it up to see if there’s a price change. I’m calling Corporate. I think they’re pocketing the Difference in money. I will be calling the store manager in Corporate to log a complaint.
