These people change the prices at will. I bought a part and my boyfriend went and bought the same exact part and it was $3 cheaper. I'm pretty sure it was because I am a female. I felt very uncomfortable Bernstein the guy was treating me like I was dumb. Buyer be Aware.
Napa if you didn't know there's not a parts store I called and asked if they crimped hose she said no we only make hydraulic hoses I said okay do you make soft lines for an oil cooler and she said do you mean like for a battery...... I asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on this place is no good nobody that works there knows the difference between a Hyundai and a Honda
Needed a radiator for my wife's SUV and after calling many auto parts stores I found this store had the best price ..... $75 lower than everyone else!!!! Store was clean, well organized and the clerk was very informative, helpful and shared some valuable tips for my project. Very pleasant experience!!
