NAPA Auto Parts - Performance

Had an issue with some brake line while replacing a master cylinder. The person who helped me was ruthless in their efforts to solve a thread sizing problem I was having. Absolutely fantastic customer service! Got me what I needed with the patience of a saint. Also the store was clean, well organized and larger than I expected.

They had what I needed at the best price, so there are your stars. As for customer service; I can understand closing early on a Sunday or select weekdays, I'm not a monster. However, when your store closes an HOUR after most people are done with their daily jobs, then you should do whatever you can to help those that were stuck in traffic for 53 minutes of that hour, trying to get to you. I was trying to return an old battery for my refund and I showed up at 5:54pm. This return takes MAYBE 3 minutes. We are marine service rigging and custom boat builder in Fort Pierce. However we live in PSL. The original parts ordered (from an on-line vendor) for one of vehicles came in wrong. So seven minutes before closing we came into this NAPA Store for a Chevy factory transmission shift cable. The store Parts Professional was there with another employee. Instead of the expected sigh, not a last minute customer we were greeted with an energetic and positive "How can we help you". We wish more store personnel would treat you like that during normal business hours. But this was at their closing time and not only was attitude great but she vigorously researched for the part.
