I'm sorry if I sound sentimental but I just can't express my gratitude NAPA Auto parts in Perris Specially To the young Man Jonathan and I believe to the "Boss Jason" I called to ask about a bolt for my Brakes/housing I honestly need my car my husband is sick and fragile he does all the work because we can't afford a mechanic. Long story short God blessed me with guardian angels thoughtfully, financially They actually took the time to go back there and match my bolt and on top of it I didn't have enough money and they helped me out and on top of it their customer service skills, and Thoughts for other's is beyond their job description... It’s was great I expected worse like other auto parts stores. employee #130 really consider me as the customer in front of him. You know how when your at the counter being helped and their phone rings and they pick up the phone and start helping the phone customer while tour right there in front of them we’ll this guy didn’t do that to me. The phone rang he answered and put the caller on hold right away and continues assisting me. Wow thank you. Got my stuff at a great price and was on my way I’ll be going back all the time thanks Napa Auto Parts.
