NAPA Auto Parts - Philadelphia

I got to 5:50 and they locked the door, the time displayed on Google and the door needed to be changed to 5:50 or earlier... I drove for 20 minutes in traffic for nothing...

I used to love this store. I had been going there for years, however they have a woman working there now who is HORRIBLE at customer service!! I had a terrible experience with her months ago. Today my husband (who is the nicest and most patient person) was given bad customer service by the same woman! So needless to say, we will just go to Autozone from now on. Customer service goes a long way. No one wants to be treated badly while spending their hard owned money

Husband went in told them what he needed, they had it. He was in and out. Stupendous, I did not go in, but the stress I had that day none of it was related to NAPA, SO THANK YOU!!!! For unknowingly bringing a smile to my face. Service had to of been smooth, since my Brazilian husband hadn't came out to get me in order to relay what part he needed. Again, thank you.

It’s a terrible experience. I ordered part on Thursday because of they are offering same day delivery within 5 mile's. I called them on Friday about my parts, guy said your order is here. I asked him reason about not yet deliver, he gave a phone to lady and lady said I am sorry for that I am sending someone right now and you will get your order with in 20 minutes. Today is Saturday 1:45 pm still they didn’t deliver yet. I called them on Saturday morning and guy said you have to pick up from here we don’t do delivery at apartment. I asked him you ordering site doesn’t says that you are not delivering at apartment. Still he said you have to pick up from here. When I said him I will talk with your manager and will complain at your main or corporate office, he said I don’t care do whatever yo

Went in after calling, part was in hand ready to go. I showed up 15 mins before closing and got out in less then 5 mins, great service I will be gladly returning.
