NAPA Auto Parts - PHILLIPS AUTO PARTS INC

Very friendly and helpful staff!!!

This place is awesome. I work with special needs kids and they let us bring students in for work-based learning. They have a young man there (can't remember his name) and he works great with the students. Carlo is the manager and he and all the employees (and the Phillips' who own the store ) are great people. Support your local businesses folks. They care about what happens in the community. They don't have to help us out but they do out of kindness. Thank you Phillips Napa for all you do.

The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt like they were trying to up-sell me something I didn't need. NAPA runs deals online all the time and their rewards system is better than competitor's in my opinion.

I always receive great service at this location! I pulled up today to the store closed, at the same time the manager pulled up. She took the time to explain the reason for the closure and gave me an alternate location that she knew was open. Even in these strange times, they make sure their customers are taken care of!

NAPA...never had an issue with these guys, in fact, they’re pretty great. can almost always get you your parts, and if they can’t they’ll suggest somewhere you can. they’ll even steer you in the direction of a capable mechanic to install if you cannot. good service and friendly...that alone is worth five stars in this age.
