NAPA Auto Parts

Went to get wiper blades. Not one other person in the store besides 4 people behind the counter trying to get an order in. Was told someone would be right with me. Stood there for 15 mins watching as they were so worried about unloading the order that they never spoke to me again. Not sure why an order in boxes is more important than a customer, but as a retail manager, I can tell you that wouldn't pass in my store. Customer service over inventory. Luckily, there are 2 other auto parts stores within a quarter mile. Why bother going here when you can go some and actually get help?

Today I lost my Fuel Cap at the gas station, so I was very flustered. But I was so happy to get it from NAPA~ I was so grateful that the staff was so kind and found the right thing for me... I feel like they have everything ready here, so they're helpful in a hurry~!

I'm extremely disappointed with the service that my dad received at this store. Yesterday, my dad went to return an item in the morning, but was told to come back later. When he returned, the manager became confrontational and raised her voice at him . The issue was that they didn't have the exact change for the return, which seems like a simple problem to solve. To make matters worse, the manager asked for his phone number, promising to call him back the next day, but the call never came. I hope that the store will take steps to improve their customer service

You're getting a 1 star review simply for the fact you think Doordash is a courier service available at your whim for pennies on the dollar. You don't tip your drivers but you sure do expect items to be delivered from Plano to McKinney, or farther. You really think people should be delivering your items 20+ miles for $7?
