Napa Auto Parts has the best customer service!! Quick to their feet, knows where stuff is and goes above & beyond. Brandon didn’t just help me find the right oil for my vehicle but also showed me how to top off the oil in my vehicle which I had no clue how. You guys are amazing!!

The customer service I received was awesome! I purchased a jump starter/tire inflator at Costco and when I tried to use the inflator to inflate the air bags on my rear suspension the chuck device was not good for the application. I went into Napa for a solution and explained what I needed to the parts guy and he was on it! He came up with an assortment of fittings that adapted to a clip chuck device that worked like a dream. His positive attitude and knowledge were a breath of fresh air from what I have received at other auto parts stores. If I am ever in the area again I won't hesitate to go back.
