Worst NAPA Auto Parts experience I’ve had. I ordered a headlight bulb online through NAPA’s website, which clearly showed a green checkmark stating the part was “Guaranteed to fit your vehicle – 2018 Ram 1500.” When I got home and compared them to my existing bulbs, I realized they were a different bulb number and did not match. The box was unopened, and I immediately returned to the store to exchange or return it. The employee at the counter asked what I needed; when I explained I was there to return or exchange an unopened online order, he said they “don’t accept electronics.” He offered no help, no exchange, and then turned back to laughing and chatting with people at the counter. According to my receipt and NAPA’s stated policies, this should have at least been eligible for an exchan

0 Stars. I caution anyone from going in this store. I was sold a product. Turns out the product I bought was not correct for my truck. I went to bring it back completely unopened. Gentleman said they cannot take it back because the product does not match the receipt. Both the product and the receipt was what I walked out of that store with on my original purchase. I was charge for a product and then given a different product. They made the mistake yet would not fix the situation. Will never go here again.

I appreciate the level of professionalism!!!!! Go out of your way to come here it's well worth it. It was raining and the gentlemen was willing to go into the thunderstorm to check my oil. Thank you for all your help.

Had just the part I needed to fix my brakes while camping. Also checked to make sure I already had brake fluid. Great job!

The employees were very helpful even out my fig lights on for me and checked out other stuff I needed looked at...thanks guys
