NAPA Auto Parts - Port Richmond Auto Parts Inc

It's a good auto parts store, friendly staff willing to help, and while prices may be slightly higher than the other nearby auto parts store, this one always has the parts I need when the other store would need to order them. If an extra 10-15% cost is worth it to you to get it done today then don't forget to check this place.

I believe computers came on the scene 40+ years ago… when I called to get a copy of a receipt I was told no. I asked why with the exact date/time and credit card they couldn’t look it up in their system and they said we can’t. Maybe they’re just untrained? Or more likely they just didn’t want to be bothered. I went to another NAPA and was told that looking it up isn’t a problem. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Always have parts hard to locate and reasonable prices

Blew a radiator hose nobody had it not even Napa but the guy there dug threw probly 300 hoses to find one the same shape and size would have been absolutely stranded if not for them

They didn't have oil pan gasket that i needed but could get it later that same day...i picked it up later that day...
