NAPA Auto Parts - Porterville

I can 100% say my amazing experience wasn't Napa alone, it was the amazing lady that helped me. She found my parts CHEAPER than autozone by $100 perfect fit. Fast-forward to a week later. I need another part Esme comes through amazingly again. Co-workers were not as much a ray of helpful sunshine take a note from her.

I recommend these guys always helpful. They know their stuff. If you need something they order it if they dont have it and always treat you like family.

This Napa store is great it mainly does business to business sales. However you must be carefull with the women that work here. They will look for drama in order to start trouble, even when unessacery.

They're quick and politethey're fast and anxious to help you I have had no problems with them I would recommend that people try them out the good for the community

This store is like most others and that is ok but customer service could you a real boost in the morale of its workers at the counters
