Amazing people work here. When our 4 month old alternator failed and stranded us in Baker Montana, they stepped up! Got the new one in for us the next day. THAT'S SERVICE! Professional and helpful are sometimes rare, but not here!
They ordered the parts I needed and got them shipped to the store as promptly as possible. Bought a nice, low profile, Napa floor jack from them at a fair price. Seems to be better quality than the Harbor Freight 4 ton floor jack.
We were traveling and our alternator went bad we got there 5 minutes too late but the manager who had locked up saw me and reopened the store so I could buy a new one and we got to our destination that night rather than having to find a place to stay and mess up our plans, I wish I remembered his name but thank you dude! You should get a raise because you clearly care about the customer!
Always good guys to get parts from. If they don't know it they figure it out. Always have been able to order in parts pretty fast.
They were very helpful and professional. I came in to get a hydrolic hose made and they whipped it out perfectly. Thanks you guys
