Do not buy a part online and pick up from this store. They "can not" give you your core charge back and blame it on their system. This is a scam! After dealing with the store and Napa Online through several phone calls and three trips to the store, still never got my core back. They owe me over $70 and there is no way for me to get my money back. So spend a couple extra dollars and go to New Roads to AutoZone or O'Reilly's. It's sad that you can't buy local anymore, if Mr. Brown would still be there I would have been refunded and he would have settled up with Napa Online. Not anymore! Miss the old store!

Thank you to the man who works at Napa for helping me put oil in my ride this morning. He was helpful and kind, even let me borrow his funnel and offered for me to wash my hands. Helped me out when my wiper blade flew off my car on a blustery morning, even made sure the new one would stay on. And the bathroom was clean, too! I don’t know when I’ll find myself in the area again but if I do and my car needs something I know just where to go.

Napa Auto Parts here in St. Francisville has saved me on many different occasions. If they don't have the batteries your looking for, they'll order them and usually have them the next day. I needed to replace 8 batteries in my Bad Boy Buddy/ ATV recently and found that NAPA was reasonably priced. Family owned and operated. Great staple here in St. Francisville. Highly recommend!
