Won't honor their warranty on their batteries. Sales person and manager had a bad attitude and were rude. No help. Ended up getting a battery from another store. Warranty was still good.

I needed a battery so I called this store for a quote. Jacob took my call. He was very professional and helpful. I got a jump and went to Napa and in 5 minutes, he had sold me the battery and installed it for me! Absolutely excellent customer service! Jacob is the future and is a Rockstar!!
