Jim the Mgr and Dex helped me in a big way. I bought A truck that needed pads and rotors. The owner gave me the ones he bought from NAPA in KY but not the receipt. They turned out to be the wrong ones. These Guys returned them and gave me the right ones at no Charge. Very cordial and helpful. I would highly recommend them!

I wouldn't go to Napa if you actually want to receive what your ordered. We ordered a $430 tool 2 weeks ago and kept on checking in about it and come to find out Napa canceled the ordered a few days later. But they continued to tell us that it hasn't came in yet. They won't receive business from us anymore.

This was my first time using Napa, I was so happy with my services today. The staff was friendly and they had my part the day of. If I need any more automotive equipment I will definitely be going here going forward.

Very nice and professional staff. Our truck wouldn't start at chik-fil-a and we walked to this store. The gentlemen were very helpful and let us borrow tools to get the truck fixed, even giving us a ride back to the truck.

We love our NAPA store! Running a small business and being able to walk in where people are helpful, friendly, intelligent and on task is refreshing! This store is my only parts store! Don't waste your time anywhere else! This store is top notch!
