Had to order the part I needed from another location, but when I went to pick it up they said it was unavailable. To make it right they sold me an in stock part that was $50 more for the same price. Very pleased with the service, definitely using them again.
Great people and great prices
Great service and atmosphere
These guys are awesome!!!! So we had an emergency situation. The drive shaft popped out of my truck on the highway and this particular Napa had my part in stock ( the only store in the whole Cincinnati area. They went out of their way to do whatever they could to help us. Awesome employess and customer satisfaction.
Don't ever go there ,I have purchased a tool from there and they said it has life time warranty on it and I went the parking lot to use it did break from the first used so I walked back to them to replace it and they told that they can't replace it because it's not a tool fault it's my fault and if I want I can purchase another one!!!!! Highly un recommended 👌
