Stopped in yesterday at 7:35am to get a part on my way to a job but they had the doors locked. Four people standing in there but wouldn't even come to the door. I guess with their higher prices they can afford to open the doors when they feel like opening. It's ok they just lost money from me

Had to replace the battery of my fob and hadn't done it before this. The staff spend a good 30 minutes with me and watching YouTube videos til we figured it out! Excellent customer service!!

Good store good product and good pricing, sign posted close at 5:00 but the last couple times we've been there a little bit before 5:00 the doors are locked.

With 1.5 hours before they close and after giving Napa more than 2 million dollars in business over the years, they tell me they don't have enough time to make me up two 1/4 hydraulic lines.
