I always wonder why there aren't as many people as in other places and now I know why the people who serve customers don't care to see you waiting, they see you and ignore you, what a shame, good luck with new staff

I placed an order for pick up, expecting to be in and out of the store. My order wasn't ready even though I placed the order almost 2 hours prior, and had got my "order is ready for pick up" with confirmation number about 10 minutes after placing my order. I had spent an extra 6-7 minutes in the store because the associates had to look for my order number and then go and look for the product. I was late returning to work from my break. The associate gave me a pat on the back, randomly it made me uncomfortable! He is a stranger and old enough to keep his hands to himself.

I would like to say that the staff here is the best !! I truly can say they know their stuff and are helpful and amazing. Thank you to the lovely lady sorry I can’t remember your name for some reason i think is Terry she has short hair .

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE WORKING HERE. I honestly can't believe these people work here. Extremely rude and not knowledgeable. The Hispanic worker that is on the heavier side tried to convince me that my misfire on my car was do to the ECU when I had clearly told him that I needed new spark plugs and a coil pack... WHAT!?! I've been working on cars for over 13 years now, so I will not tricked into buying something for my car that you say I need but actually don't, thank you very much. The older lady that works there has the worst attitude if you're not a senior citizen.
