Very helpful. Went out if their way to help me.
I've only had once experience here so far but, it was a good one. Randy spent the time to help me sort out a very uncommon battery fitment issue. Even though his computer could match my make model and year, he kept working at it and together we found the correct battery. I'll be doing more business with this NAPA location.
Ordered an engine mount bushing and they made me pay shipping but they ordered one for a completely different year. Then told me that they couldn’t get one for the year I needed and wouldn’t give me back the shipping for a part they couldn’t get to begin with but ordered a different one anyways.
Mr.Gene is very helpful and his employees are very nice and professional. I will be back. I like the service that I get
This is an old kind of parts guy's. If they don't have the part, they'll find the part for you or inform you of where to get what you need. Great people to go to for all my car care needs.
