Located on 9W in Ravena, convenient location. Store was well stocked and had exactly what we needed on a Sunday afternoon! Staff was helpful.

Worst customer service. Guy can't be bothered with anything and basically lives in a rage fit all day. I'll stick to Greenville napa for my needs and find a new supplier for my paints.

Have gone here about 3 times being that they are the only one within town. Every time the employees have been rude and unhelpful. And just simply unprofessional. Everything in the store is overpriced. And the only good reviews are from friends & family (small town life). Overall not worth it. The staff at autozone in East Greenbush are superior if you need car stuff!

Worst customer service. Go in when their credit card machine is down and they wait until I get to the counter to say something. No signs up. Pulled all of the pricing off of EVERYTHING in the store. And the staff laughs when you ask why. Extremely rude. I’ll drive the 30 minutes to go to advanced instead of dealing with horrible customer service. Won’t be returning.
