NAPA Auto Parts - READING AUTO PARTS

My neighbor needed a new battery so I drove him to Reading Auto Parts on Saturday July 13, 2019. He's been a customer there for many years. The staff at Reading Auto Parts were courteous and helpful. I will come here again when I need some parts for my car.

It's great to see women working in a man's environment they are so helpful and you don't feel strange when you go in there as a woman to order parts because there's other women that can help you. Also there are guys there that help you too they're very knowledgeable and have no problem assisting your needs.

Always Go Here But Some Car Parts Be More Expensive Here Than In AutoZone And Other Times They're Cheaper ! But You'll Most Likely Always Find What You're Looking For ....

The customer service is awesome, everyone is very helpful and friendly, they always go above and beyond to find the parts that I need for my car. They are so good even Auto Zone on 6th and Oley send their customers there. Definitely recommend

I ordered a part online and received an email stating that the order was ready for pickup. I drove about 40 minutes to go and pick the part up and when I got there I was told that it was a computer error and the part was not available yet. I found this incredibly frustrating as it wasted about 2 hours of my time and chose instead to cancel the order as they said they were unable to mail it to my house.
