Traveling for work from Chicago, Illinois to Dayton Ohio during a horrible storm, my windshield wiper flew off & they were able to not only show me how to change that type of wiper but had a set in stock for my truck. I feel I owe them my life. Thanks to the crew there

I don't know much about cars. But I'll tell you what. I don't have to. Every time I need anything I make sure to go to NAPA in Remington. These guys are great. They are always laughing at my lame jokes. And have the most welcoming atmosphere. Even a 36 yr old girl like me who can't talk the talk feels at home here. They know how to read between the laymen lines and get people what they are looking for. Excellent team at NAPA in Remington
They're my fall back parts store. They usually have things if i can't get it somewhere else. Unfortunately they're overpriced, thats napa for ya. Which is why they're my last resort
