I love Carrie + the team at NAPA here in Republic. They're friendly, informative and get you in and out so you can get to getting your rigs up and going as they should. Thankful for, and surely do count on them in our rural area! ~Kellie @WaywindPhoto

If I could I would give No stars a auto part store that has zero clue about customer service and integrity. Staff lies to sell products and that is just not good enough to call them a Business of Values. Shame on napa for allowing this to happen I will Never be back and for guarentee will tell everyone I know about my experience with the dishonest service. And incompetence of what they say as a representative of Napa they should be ashamed. Have a complaint with Corporate will see what change they make or claim to make. But as for me 3 strikes your Out and this has been the last Time. First time thought it was just a Misunderstanding or simply a mistake grace is for that,because but to Lie is beyond unacceptable

Knowledge of parts needed was good, however knowledge of specialty tools needed to do a particular job not so good. Customer service was great

Roger and Eric are extremely helpful and very courteous. Would recommend this NAPA to anyone and everyone
